In each shipment, you will find a "Return Form". If you can't find one, you can download it here. Please attach it to the product you want to return.

The return period is 14 / fourteen / days from the date of receipt of the goods. You must attach this completed return form to the shipment sent back. It is a mandatory condition that the purchased products are in good commercial condition, without damaged packaging (slightly crushed box is not a problem), without the smell of tobacco smoke and perfume and without traces of use after testing. The goods can be returned through the courier company ECONT.

The transport costs are at the expense of the Client and are not reimbursed. For shipments sent by cash on delivery, the customer must call the specified phone number of the company or send a notification e-mail. After receiving the returned goods and inspecting them, the value without transport costs is refunded to the Customer - in cash by cash on delivery or by invoice within 14 / fourteen / days.

Goods whose return / complaint is sent after the specified period will be sent back to the Customer at his expense. If for some reason the Customer has made a mistake and has indicated another product from what he wanted and has not found his mistake before sending the order, he can contact us to decide how to proceed.

Each case is considered individually. The costs for returning a product and sending a new one are at the expense of the Client. If the new order is more expensive, the difference is paid extra. The supplier has the right to refuse the return of a product at its discretion if the circumstances so require. Any product that does not correspond to the one ordered by the Customer is subject to complaint. The customer can refuse it upon receipt by the courier, using the option "review and test" and not accept it from him.In case of obvious discrepancy of the received goods with the ordered one, contact us immediately on the indicated telephone number announced on the site. The discrepancy is checked by the name of the product in the order and the name of the product that the Customer has received. Upon establishing such an error, the Customer returns the product at the expense of the Supplier and sends the correct one. Goods for which the Customer has been warned in advance for non-compliance or defect, as well as for goods whose non-compliance is due to materials provided by the Customer, are not subject to complaint.

*IMPORTANT! Products with the "Personalization" option are not subject to inspection and test upon receipt by the courier company and cannot be returned or exchanged.
